Established in 2015 and is a Scottish Registered Charity SCO45864. U-evolve provides support to vulnerable teenagers who have been, or at risk of being
excluded from school. Their behavioural challenges stem often from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Many have experienced abuse, neglect or issues
with family such as mental illness, violence, substance abuse, chaotic parenting, incarcerated parents which have a significant personal impact on their ability to
cope and succeed at school.
We provide therapeutic coaching and consistent role modelling to support young people to recover from the challenges they experience on a daily basis. We help
teach them to be secure within themselves by developing their self respect and self esteem. We work with them to develop their resilience, mindset and attitude
as they become confident enough to engage with education, apprenticeship and opportunities.
